IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING COVID-19


We have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation around COVID-19, reacting to new information as it arises and preparing for all possible scenarios. We will continue to operate under strict operational guidelines based on the mandates that have been passed down by our governments and recommendations from health officials.

Whether our office is open or closed to the public, our property remains accessible and staffed for onsite security, enhanced office cleaning and able to provide remote client support 24/7.
We continue to implement the following precautions:

OFFICE HOURS AND PROCEDURES

  • A maximum of 1 customer or 2 from the same household are permitted in the office at any time.

    Screening Questions are as follows:

    Are you exhibiting any COVID-19 Symptoms?
    Have you recently travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?
    Have you recently received a positive COVID-19 test and are required to isolate?
    Did you provide care or have close contact with a person with COVID-19?

HEALTH, SAFETY AND CLEANING MEASURES

  • Our employees frequently wash their hands with soap and water OR 70% alcohol hand sanitizer throughout the day for a minimum of 20 seconds and before/after each client interaction.

  • Masks MUST be worn by each employee and we ask that all clients who are able to wear a mask do so before entering the office.

  • Hand sanitizer is easily accessible, and we continue to diligently clean our main desk, keypads, door handles, counters, bathrooms, and any other frequently high touch areas on our property.
    We ask that the washrooms are used by clients only.

SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND CONTACT FREE MOVE-INS

  • NO changes will be made to access your units - feel free to come and go as you please 24/7

  • As all our units are drive-up, outdoor and individual, we ask that you practice social distancing on the premises if your unit neighbor is at their unit as well - remain 2 meters (6 feet) apart at all times.

  • We continue to offer contact free rentals if you prefer to complete our agreement and move-in remotely. Along with this option, we will provide you with a remote view of the unit before making your commitment.
